The Stafford Lab aims to ensure a welcoming, safe, and productive environment for students, staff, and researchers. Outlined below are expectations while working in the lab:

- Treating equipment and materials with respect
- Being aware of and maintaining proper lab safety guidelines
- Maintaining academic integrity
- Encouraging learning as a priority
- All members are welcome and can participate in lab and social work settings
- Harassment is not tolerated
